• Helping to educate the next generation of medical providers. Graduate medical education programs at Carilion have expanded to include 230 residents and fellows receiving training in 11 residencies and fellowships.
• Helping to ensure a healthier future for our communities through medical research. We are currently participating in dozens of clinical trials in the fields of diabetes prevention, depression, Alzheimer’s, infectious disease and more.
