Carilion Cares, I Care
There are more than 60 funds that support our patients, our hospitals and our programs. These include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Cancer Center Fund helps fund the expansion of Carilion’s cancer program, including a new state-of-the-science building that brings services together in a single location.
- Employee Emergency Fund supports Carilion employees who are experiencing temporary, unexpected financial hardship.
- Patient Care Fund provides treatment-related support -- such as medication, equipment and transportation -- for patients without financial means.
You may donate to a Carilion Foundation fund or funds of your choice.

If you do not see the fund to which you wish to contribute under Designation in the drop down menu below, click Other and type in the name of the fund on the line offered.To donate to two funds, choose Other in the Designation drop-down menu below and then type your choices and amounts in the text box that will display after you choose Other.
If you donate a minimum of $52 to the campaign, you will receive a Carilion Cares, I Care T-shirt! This year we are offering a 125 year anniversary commemorative long-sleeve shirt. Please indicate the size T-shirt (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL) you would like to receive in the comments section below.
