The Plastic Surgery Fund ensures the continuation, promotion and diffusion of knowledge of the fine art and science of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Uses of the Fund may include:
Plastic surgery educational opportunities
Professional development for plastic surgery residents and faculty at Carilion Clinic
Establishment and advancement of Carilion Clinic Plastic Surgery research efforts
Appropriation of advanced supportive plastic surgery equipment for clinical, research, and educational use
Support of a Visiting Professor and Guest Lecturer series
Costs pursuant to projection of the Carilion Clinic plastic surgery program on the local, regional, national, and international stage
Establishment of endowed chair positions in the plastic surgery program
